Nevada Pay Transparency Law

Since October 1, 2021, all employers in Nevada must provide: salary range must be provided automatically after an interview, and to employees for promotions on request.

How to use this law when negotiating

You have a legal right to the range โ€” ask for it early ("So we're aligned, could you share the approved range for this role?"). Then compare it against federal payroll data for your role before naming a number. Look up your market rate on the salary pages or check if you're underpaid.
